Mobula, the last model developed by GNA, is a “Box Motion” horizontal flow pack packaging machine with translation of the transversal jaws, up-to-down film reel and infeed belt up to the entrance of the product onto the film. This feature makes it suitable both for packaging loose, small-medium-sized, irregularly-shaped products, which are also difficult to be moved/pulled, and for packaging products in trays/punnets. With a frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel and aluminum, Mobula is a very versatile, flexible and reliable machine: it is modular and can be customized according to the products to be packed.
The use of two brushless motors (crosswise sealing jaws and truck) allows perfect machine control; the multilingual touchscreen panel facilitates data preparation and storage for its commissioning.
Manufactured with IP55 grade, Mobula is suitable for packaging any product, solid, food or non-food and can be used in any sector: fruit and vegetables, bakery, dairy, meat, etc.
